Owing to favourable playing conditions members
will be required to play the ball down, as it lies
starting May 16, 2012. Exception: you may move the
ball out of a divot 6", no closer to the hole. Local Rules
Page 18 of the Fixture Book.

They're back! On the pond on #2 a mallard couple is tending its duckling offspring...but only 2 in number. A usual number of hatchlings would be 8-12, but either the eggs were infertile or predators have already been active. A feature of note in this close view is the eyestripe, a feature present in the adults, but not noticeable in the drake because of its dark green coloration. It functions as disruptive camouflage, breaking up the image of the eye to potential predators
